Q: HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSOR?
A: First choose the sponsorship that best suits your needs. If you are satisfied with the terms of the sponsorship you can purchase the sponsorship directly from the webpage, or you can contact us for more personal assistance.
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A SPONSORSHIP THAT’S NOT LISTED?
A: We welcome innovative ideas for brands to become involved with our event. If you have an idea for a way for your company or brand to join in, please contact us directly so that we can discuss your ideas in further detail.
Q: HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?
A: Download and fill out the vendor reservation request form found on the BE A VENDOR page and return to us. We will review your application, and if your company fits within our theme and there are is an opening in your product category, we will contact you with information on how to proceed.
Q: HOW MANY VENDORS ARE THERE AT THE BALL?
A: In 2021 we only have room for 6 vendors, so we will hand pick from those vendors expressing an interest HERE
Q: WILL THERE BE OTHER VENDORS SELLING THE SAME PRODUCTS?
A: We make every effort to ensure that there are a limited number of duplicated items being displayed at the event. That being said, some vendors may have items that cover multiple categories, so there’s no saying that there won’t be any duplication. For example, we would not book more than two whip retailers, however a lingerie and accessory booth may have some whips in its line, which would lead to more competition.
