Q: SHOULD I BUY GA TICKETS OR VIP TICKETS?
A: GA tickets grant you admission and access to the all out insanity and non-stop entertainment that is the Fetish & Fantasy Halloween Ball… however they do not include free drinks or the ability to come and go from the event at will. VIP tickets provide you with unlimited free drinks. VIP’s are free to roam the entire event, any RESERVED VIP AREAS that may be designated, plus have the ability to come and go as they please so they can go to their room, or car, or check out the rest of the property, etc. There will be separate VIP only bar locations throughout the event.
Q: WHY THE TICKET SURCHARGES?
A: Ticket surcharges begin with credit card processing fees. These are added to ticket purchases in proportion to the price of the ticket. These go directly to credit card companies and are unavoidable. Clark County adds a 9% tax to tickets of all “Entertainment” providers which is called an LET charge (Las Vegas Entertainment Tax). LET is unavoidable, and is sometimes built into the price of your ticket, or camouflaged. The ticketing COMPANY then adds their own surcharge as well, to pay the employees that service your orders. How MUCH they charge is the “surprise”, but again, unavoidable.
Q: WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?
A: Depending on the size of the facility, tickets may sometimes be available at the door, but mainly on years when Halloween falls in the middle of the week.
Q: IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO BUY TICKETS OTHER THAN THE INTERNET?
A: Yes. If you do not have internet access, tickets may be able to be purchased at the door if any remain.
Q: IF I ORDER TICKETS NOW, HOW DO I GET THEM?
A: All tickets purchased through this website are supplied electronically immediately upon purchase or shortly thereafter, depending upon the provider.
Q: ARE VIP TICKETS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE?
A: No. VIP tickets are only available through this website, and at the door on event night (if still available).
Q: WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?
A: It is almost a certainty that the event will sell out. We recommend purchasing early so that you can rest assured you will be able to attend. Some ticket types and/or price categories have smaller quantities and will sell out more quickly than others.
Q: ARE TICKET PRICES GOING TO INCREASE FROM WHERE THEY ARE NOW?
A: Yes, they go up over time and as allotted ticket amounts are sold. Tickets are cheapest during the holidays (November, December, January), and go up periodically from there.
Q: CAN I UPGRADE MY GA TICKETS TO VIP TICKETS?
A: Maybe… we’re still working out kinks in the system, but you should be able to upgrade at the door before entering the event.
Q: IF I CAN’T ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
A: Purchases are non-refundable, however tickets are easily transferable to other people, so you can easily sell them to someone else.
Q: I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION. I CHECKED MY SPAM FILTER, NOTHING WAS THERE, AND THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Q: WILL THERE BE A SEPERATE ENTRANCE FOR VIP’S?
A: Yes. VIP ticket holders have their own separate entrance.
Q: ARE THERE “INS” AND “OUTS”?
A: Yes, but only for VIP ticket holders.
