Ambassadors are industry professionals and influencers who are invited to attend the Sin City Halloween Weekend (SCHW) events, the Sin City Halloween Ball (SCHB), Thriller (TH), and other associated events as our guests. Their job is to represent and spread the word about the events and to set an exemplary example of dress code creativity and enthusiasm while at an event.
Ambassadors receive complimentary admission for two to each of our events in exchange for promoting our events on their social media pages and elsewhere. Depending upon the event, Ambassadors can earn VIP status at an event (free drinks all night long) by selling a predetermined number of GA tickets for that particular event. This is facilitated and tracked utilizing a promo code unique to each Ambassador, which gives potential attendees a 10% discount on GA tickets for a particular event. Additionally, Ambassadors also receive $5 per ticket for each ticket sold with their code. Ambassadors have until 5 days before the event to earn their VIP upgrade.
The Ambassador program is a strictly volunteer position and Ambassadors are responsible for their own drinks (unless they have earned a VIP upgrade), transportation, costumes, accommodations, and expenses. While most Ambassador positions are by invite, we do review anyone who expresses an interest in taking on the responsibilities of an Ambassador. Ambassador Responsibilities & Expectations
We expect our Ambassadors to:
a) Follow our social pages – at the very least, Facebook https://www.facebook.com/LasVegasHalloween , Instagram https://www.instagram.com/sincityhalloweenball/ , and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@sincityhalloween b)On Facebook: Invite your friends and like and share SCHW, SCHB, and TH posted event links, promo artwork, and videos c)On Instagram: Like and share our event links, promo artwork, and videos d)On TikTok: Like and share our promo and videos e) Whenever possible or appropriate, talk up our events, expressing how unique and fun they are, with the express intent to increase ticket sales utilizing your promo code f) Attend each event dressed/costumed in accordance with the theme of the night (usually any style of costume, and any of the many variations of Goth, Fetish, Vampire, Fantasy, or Anime and Cosplay, etc.) g) Walk the red carpet the night of the event h) Create content by taking pictures and videos and posting to your social media.
Being invited to be an Ambassador of Sin City Halloween Weekend and its ancillary events is an honor and a privilege. We reserve the right to revoke any and all privileges, at our sole discretion, at any time.
